  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
  2. Beginning on January 3, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST through March7, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”), an eligible entrant may satisfy one or more methods of entry described below in section 3 for a chance to win one of the prizes described in section 7. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. 
  3. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter for eligible entrants: One (1) method of automatic entry per qualifying entrant during the Sweepstakes Period (“Automatic Entry”); and one (1) Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”) per entrant during the Sweepstakes Period. If an Automatic Entry is received by Sponsor after the Sweepstakes Period, or an AMOE entrant submission is postmarked after the Sweepstakes Period it will not be entered in the Sweepstakes.
    1. Automatic Entry Method 1:
      1. To qualify for Automatic Entry under method 1, each entrant must:
        1. Have an open Comun Checking Account, and have deposited at least $25 into the new account before the drawing each Friday, subject to account opening procedures, including ID verification and acceptance of applicable terms and conditions.
      2. Limit of one (1) Automatic Entry under method 1 per entrant during the entire Sweepstakes Period.
    2. Alternate Method of Entry:
      1. To qualify for an AMOE, each entrant must:
        1. Send a #10 envelope postmarked by the United Postal Service during the Sweepstakes Period to Comun Inc., 157 W 18th St, 4th floor. including a printed documented with the following details of the entrant: legal name, date of birth, home address, email address, list of all countries for which the entrant has a valid passport (if applicable), and list of all states for which entrant has a valid driver’s license (if applicable). Do not include any personal identifying information such as Social Security numbers, drivers license numbers, or other ID document numbers. 
      2. All Entrants are limited to one (1) AMOE per Sweepstakes Period.
  4. ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age and older as of the date the sweepstakes begins, and who have never had a Comun account. Excludes employees of Comun Inc. ("Sponsor"), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.
  5. DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on each and every Friday during the Promotional Period to select five (5) winners from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. By entering this competition, entrants grant Comun the right to announce their name on Comun's social media channels if they win. Winners will be announced on Comun’s social media channels and the winners will be alerted via email, and each winner must have a Comun account in good standing to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winners. By entering this sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use winners’ names and likeness for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.
  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Sponsor harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Sponsor will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prizes. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to request that the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form. 

PRIZES: Over a period of 10 weeks, 50 winners will receive a prize of $200 each, for a total of $10,000 in prizes. Each week, five winners will be chosen and the $200 prize will be deposited into their Comun account within five days of the drawing. Each family or household is limited to one prize. Winners are not allowed to substitute or transfer their prize. Winners must claim their prize within seven days of the drawing. If a winner fails to respond within this period, the Sponsor will select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. Winners must have accounts in good standing. If a potential winner is disqualified due to their account status, the Sponsor will select an alternate winner. In the event of disqualification or failure to claim a prize, up to three alternate drawings will be held. If the prize remains unclaimed after these drawings, it will not be awarded.

  1. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New York, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in New York, NY.
  2. PRIVACY:  Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on Comun’s website. To read the Privacy Policy, click here. 
  3. WINNERS LIST: For the names of all prize winners, available 30 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: Comun Inc., 157 W 18th St, 4th floor. NY, 10011.
