These Official Rules (the "Rules") govern the DesdeAcá, ParaElla Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"), which is sponsored by Comun, with a principal place of business at 33 W 17th St., New York, NY 10011 ("Comun").

Disclosure

Comun is a financial technology company and not a bank. Banking services are provided by CFSB; Member FDIC. The Comun Visa® Debit Card is issued by Community Federal Savings Bank, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A Inc. and may be used everywhere Visa Cards are accepted. Funds in your account are FDIC insured up to $250,000 by ownership category through CFSB, in the event CFSB fails.

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. The entrant must have a Comun account in good standing when participating in these Sweepstakes. The entrant must also have a public Instagram account when participating in these Sweepstakes. Employees, officers, and directors of Comun or CFSB, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, consultants and agents, as well as immediate family members or members of the same household of any such person, and any other third parties engaged in the development, production, operation, execution, design, advertising, promotion or distribution of this Sweepstakes (collectively the "Sweepstakes Entities") are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

Agreement to Official Rules

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Rules and the decisions of the Comun and Sweepstakes Entities (if applicable), which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes will begin on April 26, 2026, at 12:01 AM (Eastern Time) and will end on May 9, 2026, at 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Comun's computer shall be the official timekeeping device.

How to Enter

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. Each entrant may receive one (1) entry in total during the Sweepstakes Period by completing all of the steps below. Partial entries will not be accepted.

• Follow Comun's official Instagram account (@comun).
• Share Comun's official Sweepstakes post to their own public Instagram Stories.
• Comment on Comun's official Sweepstakes post by tagging their mother's Instagram or providing a description of how they would spend the $1,000 prize.
• If chosen as the winner, entrant must participate in a recorded phone or video call interview with a Comun representative. This interview is required for winner verification and transparency purposes. The recorded call may be shared on Comun's social media channels and other platforms. Failure to complete the call within the designated timeframe will result in disqualification.

Alternative Method of Entry

Entrants can also submit an entry by mailing a postcard or letter to Comun's mailing address provided below, stating that they would like to enter into these Sweepstakes. Entries using this method shall count towards an entrant's one (1) entry limit.

Limit

One (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Duplicate entries beyond these limits will be disqualified. Use of multiple identities or multiple social media accounts to submit entries or otherwise bypass these Rules will disqualify an entrant. These posts must be made during the Sweepstakes Period and the entrant's social media profile must be public throughout the Sweepstakes Period and subsequent winner verification, as detailed in Section 8 (Winner Notification and Verification), for the entry to be valid.

Prize

One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive $1,000. Comun may fulfill this prize via prepaid card, cash reimbursement, digital transfer, or another method as chosen at Comun's discretion. There is a total of one (1) prize to be won for this Sweepstakes.

Prize Restrictions and Requirements

Limit one (1) prize per person. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be made except in Comun's sole discretion. Comun will not replace any lost or stolen prize. Comun reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. The value associated with each prize is taxable as income and each winner is solely responsible for any taxes, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due with respect to the value of each prize. Comun must report the value of the prize to the Internal Revenue Service in the year that the prize is received by the winner and shall report to the winner and the Internal Revenue Service in the form of a Form 1099. The winner is also responsible for any fees associated with their prize receipt and/or use, and any other costs or expenses not expressly listed in these Rules. The prize must be redeemed within the period of notification of winning as set forth below.

Winner Selection and Odds

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Drawings will be conducted by Comun or a Sweepstakes Entity (if applicable) or either of their designated representatives, whose decisions are final. The prize will be drawn for no later than ten (10) business days after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes. Purchases or the use of Comun's products will not increase the odds of winning for a person.

Winner Notification and Verification

Comun will notify the potential winner via direct message to the social media account from which the winning entry was submitted from within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within three (3) business days of the notification date. To receive the prize, the winner must provide verification that they are the rightful owner of the public Instagram account used to post the winning entry within five (5) days of receiving notification of their win.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to complete the verification process within the required time period, does not otherwise comply with these Rules, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Comun may draw for the prize again, at Comun's sole discretion.

Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Comun a perpetual and irrevocable license to use the winner's name, likeness, voice, biographical information (such as city and state), and any statements by the winner for advertising and promotional purposes, in any media worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions

Comun reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Comun in its sole discretion. Comun also reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time for any reason, including but not limited to changes in business priorities or regulatory concerns. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Comun may, in its sole discretion, award the prize from among all eligible entries received up to the time of termination.

Comun also reserves the right to disqualify any individual it believes has tampered with the entry process or violated these Rules and verify eligibility requirements of each entrant. All Sweepstakes materials are subject to verification and are void if (i) not obtained in accordance with these Rules and through legitimate channels, (ii) any part is counterfeited, altered, defective, damaged, illegible, reproduced, tampered with, mutilated or irregular in any way, (iii) are obtained where prohibited, or (iv) they contain printing, typographical, mechanical, or other errors.

Neither Comun nor anyone acting on its behalf will enter into any communications with any entrant regarding this Sweepstakes, except as expressly set forth in these Rules.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants, and prize winners release Comun and each and all of the Sweepstakes Entities, from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage.

Entrants must be in compliance at all times with applicable terms and conditions as provided by Instagram. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

Entrants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of Sweepstakes materials submitted to Comun. Failure to comply with these Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, COMUN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. COMUN'S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THESE PROVISIONS.

Release and Liability Limit

By participating, entrants and prize winner agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Comun and Sweepstakes Entities and each of its and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from and against any and all liability, claim, costs (including attorneys' fees), losses, damages, fines, or actions of any kind whatsoever for any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with: (i) participation in any aspect of the Sweepstakes (including but not limited to promotion/publicity or any other Sweepstakes activity), (ii) the receipt, ownership, use or misuse of the prize awarded, (iii) the Released Parties' violation of rights of publicity or privacy, claims of defamation or portrayal in a false light or based on any claim of infringement of intellectual property; (iv) entrant's registration material on any related website, or (v) any typographical, human, technical or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation or announcement of any Sweepstakes activity and/or prize. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, OR TERRORISM.

Disclaimers

Comun shall not be liable for any issues or damages incurred in connection with the prize, including but not limited to any issues or expenses incurred as a result of winner's acceptance, use or misuse of the prize.

It is the winner's sole responsibility to make all necessary arrangements to receive the prize. Comun makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, quality, or safety of any components of the prize. WINNERS ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF THE PRIZE.

Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or related to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate federal or state court located in New York County, New York and shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles.

Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used in accordance with Comun's Privacy Policy (available at, as may be amended from time to time: https://www.comun.app/en/legal/comun-privacy-policy). By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to Comun's collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Comun's Privacy Notice.

Winners List

For the announcement of the winner, please see Comun's official Instagram page, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Comun Inc., 33 W 17th St., New York, NY 10011, or send a request with your name and email with the Attn: Desdeacá, Paraella Sweepstakes – Winners List. Such requests must be received within sixty (60) days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The winner list will be posted online after winner confirmation is complete. Please include a correct and valid email address with your physical mail request as Comun will provide the winner list within a reply email.
