$0 Remittance Fee Promotion — Official Terms & Conditions

The $0 Remittance Fee Promotion (the "Promotion") is offered by Comun, Inc. ("Común"). Participation in the Promotion constitutes participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Terms and Conditions ("Official Rules").

Note: This offer is provided by Común, not Community Federal Savings Bank ("CFSB"), and CFSB is not a party to this offer.

Disclosure

Común is a financial technology company and not a bank. Banking services are provided by Community Federal Savings Bank; Member FDIC. The Común Card is issued by CFSB, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A Inc. and may be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. Funds in your account are FDIC insured up to $250,000 by ownership category through Community Federal Savings Bank, Member FDIC, in the event CFSB fails. Remittance services are provided by Service UniTeller, Inc. ("UniTeller"). UniTeller is licensed to provide remittance services in all states that require a license. Remittance fees start at $2.99 but may vary. Please check the Común app for more details.

1. Definitions

"Común Card" means the Comun Visa® Debit Card.

"Común DDA Account" means the direct deposit account as provided by CFSB.

"Participant" means an eligible individual who holds a valid and active Común DDA Account and who, as of May 5th 2026, meets at least one of the following criteria: (i) has made at least one remittance with Común during their lifetime, has not made a remittance with Común in the last thirty (30) days, and has not made a remittance with any other remittance provider; (ii) has made at least one remittance with Común and at least one remittance with another remittance provider since January 1, 2026; or (iii) has made at least one remittance with Común during their lifetime and has not registered any Común DDA Account, Común Card, or Común app activity in the last 30 days, with the most recent activity occurring between thirty (30) and one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the pull date.

"Promotional Fee" means the reduced Remittance Transaction fee of $0.00 USD applied per eligible Remittance Transaction during the Promotion Period (as defined below), in lieu of the standard remittance fee.

"Remittance Transaction" means an international money transfer initiated by a Participant through the Común app to an eligible recipient country in Latin America.

Terms not otherwise defined have their customary meaning.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on May 6, 2026 at 12:01 AM ET and ends on May 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET ("Promotion Period"). Común's computer systems shall be the official timekeeping method.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to:

• Residents of the United States.
• Who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• Who hold a valid and active Común DDA Account in good standing at the time of the transaction.

The Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Común retains sole discretion to determine whether any individual qualifies as an eligible Participant, and Común's determination shall be final and binding.

4. Promotion Details

During the Promotion Period, eligible Participants will be charged the Promotional Fee of $0.00 USD per transaction, in place of Común's standard remittance fee of $2.99 USD.

• The $0.00 Promotional Fee applies to international Remittance Transactions sent through the Común app to eligible recipient countries in Latin America, in lieu of the standard fee of $2.99 USD per transaction.
• There is no limit on the number of eligible Remittance Transactions a Participant may conduct during the Promotion Period.
• The Promotional Fee reduction is automatically applied to eligible Remittance Transactions. No promo code or manual redemption is required.
• Exchange rates are determined at the time of transfer and may vary. The Promotional Fee does not affect the exchange rate applied to any transaction.
• Additional fees or charges may apply for certain transfer methods, delivery options, or recipient countries. Please consult the Común app for full details on applicable fees.

5. Eligible Countries

The Promotion applies to Remittance Transactions sent to countries in Latin America supported by Común's remittance service at the time of transfer. For a current list of supported countries, please refer to the Común app.

6. Exclusions

The Promotion does not apply to:

• Peer-to-peer (P2P) transfers within the United States.
• Transfers to countries not supported by Común's remittance service.
• Transactions initiated outside of the Promotion Period.
• Accounts that are suspended, restricted, or not in good standing.
• Remittance Transactions or other transfers that violate or, in Común's sole judgment, are reasonably likely to violate applicable laws or regulations.

7. Modification and Termination

Común reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice, including in the event of technical failure, fraud, or other circumstances beyond its control. Común reserves the right to disqualify any Participant suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Official Rules.

8. Limitations of Liability

By participating, Participant agrees that Común, CFSB, and all affiliated parties are not responsible for:

• Technical failures of any kind.
• Failed, delayed, or misdirected transactions.
• Unauthorized account access or fraud.
• Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion.

9. General Conditions

By participating, Participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions made by Común, which are final and binding. This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
