"Move Your Money and Get $10" Promotion

Official Terms and Conditions

These official terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the "Move Your Money and Get $10" promotion (the "Promotion"), sponsored and offered by Comun, Inc. ("Común"). Participation in the Promotion constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms.

This offer is provided by Común, not by Community Federal Savings Bank ("CFSB"), and CFSB is not a party to this offer.

LEGAL NOTICE

Común is a financial technology company and is not a bank. Banking services are provided by Community Federal Savings Bank; Member FDIC. The Común Visa debit card is issued by CFSB, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc., and may be used anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. Funds in your account are FDIC-insured up to $250,000 per ownership category through Community Federal Savings Bank, Member FDIC, in the event of CFSB's failure.

Remittance services are provided by Service UniTeller, Inc. ("UniTeller"). UniTeller is licensed to provide remittance services in all states where such license is required. Remittance fees start at $2.99 but may vary. Please check the Común app for more details.

1.  DEFINITIONS

"Común DDA" means the demand deposit account provided by CFSB through Común.

"Participant" means an eligible individual who: (1) was selected by Común to participate in the Promotion, (2) had an approved Común DDA at the time of selection for this Promotion, (3) had not completed a Qualifying Activity at the time of selection for this Promotion, and (4) meets the eligibility requirements set forth in these Terms.

"Bonus" means a cash reward of ten U.S. dollars ($10 USD) that Común will credit to the Común DDA of an eligible Participant who satisfies all Promotion requirements.

"Qualifying Activity" means the first of either of the following completed by the Participant during the Promotional Period:

  • A "Qualifying Deposit," meaning a genuine funding of the Participant's Común DDA through one of the following methods: (i) direct deposit (including payroll or government benefits), (ii) a cash deposit, (iii) a check deposit, or (iv) an inbound ACH transfer from an external bank account; OR
  • A "Qualifying Remittance," meaning an international money transfer initiated by the Participant through the Común app to an eligible receiving country.

Peer-to-peer (P2P) transfers, internal transfers, refunds, reversals, rewards, and promotional credits do NOT qualify as a Qualifying Activity. Común retains the sole discretion for what constitutes a Qualifying Activity.

Undefined terms have their ordinary meaning.

2.  PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The Promotion begins on July 17, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. ET and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotional Period").

To qualify for the Bonus, the Participant must complete all required actions during the Promotional Period. Común's computer systems will be the official timekeeping device.

3.  ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open only to users who meet all of the following requirements:

  • Are residents of the United States.
  • Are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
  • Had an approved Común DDA at the time of selection for this Promotion.
  • Were selected by Común to participate in this Promotion.
  • Received a direct communication from Común about this Promotion by email, SMS, push notification, or any other method Común may determine in its discretion.
  • Had not completed a Qualifying Activity at the time of selection for this Promotion.
  • Successfully complete a Qualifying Activity during the Promotional Period.
  • Have a valid, active Común DDA in good standing at the time the Bonus is credited.

This offer is personal, non-transferable, and available only to eligible users selected by Común. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Común reserves the sole discretion to determine whether any individual qualifies as an eligible Participant, and Común's determination will be final and binding.

Común employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

4.  PROMOTION DETAILS

During the Promotional Period, eligible Participants who complete their first Qualifying Activity may receive a $10 USD Bonus credited to their Común DDA.

To receive the Bonus, the Participant must satisfy all of the following conditions:

  • Complete a Qualifying Activity (a Qualifying Deposit or a Qualifying Remittance) before the end of the Promotional Period. The Qualifying Activity must be for a minimum amount of $10 USD.
  • Maintain their Común DDA active and in good standing at the time the Bonus is credited.
  • Only genuine deposits and remittances qualify, as defined in Section 1. Peer-to-peer (P2P) transfers, internal transfers, cancelled, failed, refunded, disputed, or reversed transactions do not qualify.

5.  FULFILLMENT AND BONUS PAYMENT

The Bonus will be credited to the Participant's Común DDA within five (5) business days after verification of the first Qualifying Activity, provided that the underlying deposit or remittance has not been cancelled, failed, refunded, disputed, reversed, or returned.

Each Participant may receive a maximum of one (1) Bonus during the Promotional Period, for a total maximum of $10 USD in rewards.

If the Qualifying Activity that triggered the Bonus is reversed, disputed, refunded, returned, or cancelled within thirty (30) days after the Bonus is paid, Común reserves the right to claw back the corresponding Bonus amount from the Participant's Común DDA.

6.  ELIGIBLE COUNTRIES (REMITTANCES)

For a Qualifying Remittance, the Promotion applies to international transfers sent to countries supported by Común's remittance service at the time of transfer. For an updated list of supported countries, delivery options, and applicable fees, please check the Común app.

7.  EXCLUSIONS

The Promotion does not apply to:

  • Users who were not selected by Común to participate in this Promotion.
  • Users who did not receive a direct communication from Común about this Promotion.
  • Users who did not have an approved Común DDA at the time of selection for this Promotion.
  • Users who had already completed a Qualifying Activity at the time of selection for this Promotion.
  • Deposits or remittances completed outside the Promotional Period.
  • Peer-to-peer (P2P) transfers, including transfers from Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, or between Común accounts.
  • Internal transfers, refunds, reversals, returned deposits, rewards, or promotional credits.
  • Cancelled, failed, refunded, disputed, or reversed transactions.
  • Accounts that are suspended, restricted, closed, or not in good standing.
  • Transactions that violate or, in Común's sole judgment, are reasonably likely to violate applicable laws, regulations, or Común's internal policies.
  • Users involved in suspected or actual fraud, promotional abuse, technical manipulation, or any activity inconsistent with genuine product use.

8.  VERIFICATION, FRAUD, AND LIMITATIONS

Común reserves the right to verify the Participant's eligibility, validity of the Qualifying Activity, and compliance with these Terms before crediting the Bonus.

Común may deny, withhold, revoke, or claw back the Bonus, and may disqualify the Participant from this or future promotions, in cases of suspected or actual fraud, abuse, technical manipulation, misuse of the Promotion, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.

Fraudulent or abusive activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating multiple accounts to obtain promotional benefits.
  • Using false, duplicate, or unauthorized information.
  • Sharing a device, payment method, government-issued ID, or other relevant information across multiple accounts.
  • Depositing or transferring funds followed by the immediate withdrawal of the same funds within 24 hours.
  • Cancelling, disputing, reversing, returning, or requesting a refund of the deposit or remittance used to qualify.
  • Any pattern that Común determines, in its sole discretion, to be inconsistent with genuine product use.

The Participant must remain in good standing with Común throughout the Promotional Period and at the time the Bonus is credited to their Común DDA.

9.  MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

Común reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice, including in the event of technical failure, fraud, abuse, operational error, regulatory changes, or other circumstances beyond its control.

Común reserves the right to disqualify any Participant suspected of fraud, abuse, technical manipulation, or violation of these Terms.

10.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, the Participant agrees that Común, CFSB, UniTeller, and all of their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents are not responsible for:

  • Technical failures of any kind.
  • Lost, delayed, incorrect, or undelivered communications.
  • Failed, delayed, cancelled, refunded, reversed, or returned deposits or remittances.
  • Unauthorized account access or fraud.
  • System errors, human errors, or operational issues.
  • Any injury, loss, claim, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the Bonus.

11.  GENERAL CONDITIONS

Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and all decisions made by Común, which are final and binding.

The value of this Promotion may constitute taxable income. Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes.

This Promotion is non-transferable, may not be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for any other benefit, and is not valid with any other offer unless expressly stated otherwise by Común.

Engaging in fraudulent or abusive activities may result in revocation of the benefit, clawback of the Bonus, and denial of future eligibility in promotions, services, or products offered by Común.

Any dispute related to Bonus eligibility, attribution, or payment must be submitted to Común's customer service team within thirty (30) days after the end of the Promotional Period, meaning no later than August 30, 2026. Común's determination will be final.

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
