Father’s Day $0 Remittance Fee Promotion — Official Terms and Conditions

The Father’s Day $0 Remittance Fee Promotion, also known as the “Father’s Day $0 Remittance Fee Promo” (the “Promotion”), is offered by Comun, Inc. (“Común”). Participation in the Promotion constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Terms and Conditions (the “Official Rules”).

Note: This offer is provided by Común, not by Community Federal Savings Bank (“CFSB”), and CFSB is not a party to this offer.

Legal Notice

Común is a financial technology company and is not a bank. Banking services are provided by Community Federal Savings Bank; Member FDIC. The Común Card is issued by CFSB, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc., and may be used anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted.

Funds in your account are FDIC-insured up to $250,000 per ownership category through Community Federal Savings Bank, Member FDIC, in the event of CFSB’s failure.

Remittance services are provided by Service UniTeller, Inc. (“UniTeller”). UniTeller is licensed to provide remittance services in all states where such license is required. Remittance fees start at $2.99 but may vary. Please check the Común app for more details.

1. Definitions

“Común Card” means the Comun Visa® Debit Card.

“Común DDA” means the demand deposit account provided by CFSB through Común.

“Participant” means an eligible individual selected by Común to participate in the Promotion, who has a valid and active Común DDA in good standing, and who received a direct communication from Común about this Promotion by email, push notification, SMS, or any other method Común may determine in its discretion.

“Promotional Fee” means the remittance transaction fee reduced to $0.00 USD for eligible Remittance Transactions completed by a Participant during the Promotional Period, instead of the applicable standard remittance fee.

“Remittance Transaction” means an international money transfer initiated by a Participant through the Común app to an eligible receiving country.

Undefined terms have their ordinary meaning.

2. Promotional Period

The Promotion begins on June 19, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. ET and ends on June 21, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotional Period”).

To qualify for the Promotional Fee, the eligible Remittance Transaction must be initiated during the Promotional Period and must meet all applicable requirements under these Official Rules. Común’s computer systems will be the official timekeeping device.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to users who meet all of the following requirements:

  1. Are residents of the United States.
  2. Are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
  3. Have a valid and active Común DDA in good standing at the time of the Remittance Transaction.
  4. Were selected by Común to participate in this Promotion.
  5. Received a direct communication from Común about this Promotion by email, push notification, SMS, or any other method Común may determine in its discretion.
  6. Complete an eligible Remittance Transaction during the Promotional Period.

This offer is personal, non-transferable, and available only to eligible users selected by Común. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

Común reserves the sole discretion to determine whether any individual qualifies as an eligible Participant, and Común’s determination will be final and binding.

4. Promotion Details

During the Promotional Period, eligible Participants will be charged a Promotional Fee of $0.00 USD for each eligible Remittance Transaction, instead of the applicable standard remittance fee, which typically starts at $2.99 USD.

The Promotional Fee applies only to international Remittance Transactions sent through the Común app to eligible receiving countries supported by Común’s remittance service at the time of transfer.

The Promotional Fee reduction will be applied automatically to eligible Remittance Transactions. No promotional code or manual redemption is required.

There is no limit on the number of eligible Remittance Transactions a Participant may complete during the Promotional Period, unless otherwise stated by Común or required by applicable law, regulation, risk review, account limits, transaction limits, or Común’s internal policies.

Only successful and fully processed Remittance Transactions qualify. Cancelled, failed, refunded, disputed, or reversed transactions are not eligible.

5. Exchange Rates and Additional Fees

Exchange rates are determined at the time of transfer and may vary. The $0.00 USD Promotional Fee does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and does not affect the exchange rate applied to any Remittance Transaction.

Additional fees or charges may apply for certain transfer methods, delivery options, receiving countries, or related services. Please check the Común app for complete details about applicable fees, exchange rates, supported countries, and delivery options before confirming your Remittance Transaction.

Comun Inc. may earn revenue from foreign currency conversion.

6. Eligible Countries

The Promotion applies to Remittance Transactions sent to countries supported by Común’s remittance service at the time of transfer. For an updated list of supported countries, delivery options, and applicable fees, please check the Común app.

7. Exclusions

The Promotion does not apply to:

  1. Users who were not selected by Común to participate in this Promotion.
  2. Users who did not receive a direct communication from Común about this Promotion.
  3. Transactions initiated outside the Promotional Period.
  4. Cancelled, failed, refunded, disputed, or reversed transactions.
  5. Peer-to-peer transfers within the United States.
  6. Self-transfers.
  7. Transfers to countries not supported by Común’s remittance service.
  8. Accounts that are suspended, restricted, closed, or not in good standing.
  9. Transactions that violate or, in Común’s sole judgment, are reasonably likely to violate applicable laws, regulations, or Común’s internal policies.
  10. Users involved in suspected or actual fraud, promotional abuse, technical manipulation, or any activity inconsistent with genuine product use.

8. Verification, Fraud, and Limitations

Común reserves the right to verify the Participant’s eligibility, the validity of the Remittance Transaction, and compliance with these Official Rules before applying, recognizing, or maintaining any benefit associated with the Promotion.

Común may deny, withhold, revoke, or cancel the promotional benefit, and may disqualify the Participant from this or future promotions, in cases of suspected or actual fraud, abuse, technical manipulation, misuse of the Promotion, breach of these Official Rules, or violation of applicable laws.

Fraudulent or abusive activities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Creating multiple accounts to obtain promotional benefits.
  2. Using false, duplicate, or unauthorized information.
  3. Sharing a device, payment method, government-issued ID, or other relevant information across multiple accounts.
  4. Completing transactions that are cancelled, disputed, refunded, or reversed.
  5. Any pattern that Común determines, in its sole discretion, to be inconsistent with genuine product use.

The Participant must remain in good standing with Común throughout the Promotional Period and at the time of any eligible Remittance Transaction.

9. Modification and Termination

Común reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice, including in the event of technical failure, fraud, abuse, operational error, regulatory changes, or other circumstances beyond its control.

Común reserves the right to disqualify any Participant suspected of fraud, abuse, technical manipulation, or violation of these Official Rules.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, the Participant agrees that Común, CFSB, UniTeller, and all of their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents are not responsible for:

  1. Technical failures of any kind.
  2. Lost, delayed, incorrect, or undelivered communications.
  3. Failed, delayed, cancelled, refunded, reversed, or misdirected transactions.
  4. Unauthorized account access or fraud.
  5. System errors, human errors, or operational issues.
  6. Any injury, loss, claim, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the promotional benefit.

11. General Conditions

Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules and all decisions made by Común, which are final and binding.

This Promotion is non-transferable, may not be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or any other benefit, and is not valid with any other offer unless expressly stated otherwise by Común.

Engaging in fraudulent or abusive activities may result in revocation of the benefit and denial of future eligibility in promotions, services, or products offered by Común.

Any dispute related to eligibility or application of the Promotional Fee must be submitted to Común’s customer service team within thirty (30) days after the end of the Promotional Period, meaning no later than July 21, 2026. Común’s determination regarding eligibility and application of the Promotional Fee will be final.

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
