$1,000 Saca La Verde Sweepstakes — Official Terms & Conditions

The #SacaLaVerde Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Comun, Inc. ("Común"). Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Terms and Conditions ("Official Rules").

Note: These Sweepstakes are provided by Común, not Community Federal Savings Bank ("CFSB"), and CFSB is not a party to this offer. Instagram and TikTok are not affiliated with these Sweepstakes in any way.

Disclosure

Común is a financial technology company and not a bank. Banking services are provided by Community Federal Savings Bank; Member FDIC. The Común Visa® Debit Card is issued by CFSB, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. and may be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. Funds in your account are FDIC insured up to $250,000 by ownership category through Community Federal Savings Bank, Member FDIC, in the event CFSB fails.

1. Definitions

Entrant means an eligible individual who submits an Entry during the Sweepstakes Period.

Entry or Eligible Entry means all actions submitted according to Section 4 below.

La Verde means a Común out-of-home (OOH) billboard placement located within the Los Angeles, California metropolitan area during the Sweepstakes Period.

United States Resident means a natural person who is a legal resident of one of the 50 United States states or the District of Columbia and who currently resides within the United States.

Terms not otherwise defined have their customary meaning in sweepstakes practice.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on June 23, 2026 at 12:01 AM PT and ends on July 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT ("Sweepstakes Period"). Común's computer systems shall be the official timekeeping device.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to:

• Residents of the United States
• Who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry
• Who have a valid and public Instagram or TikTok account
• Who have a valid and active Común account

Employees, officers, and directors of Común, Community Federal Savings Bank, their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

Entrants may earn one (1) entry during the Sweepstakes Period by completing all three (3) of the following steps:

1. Find La Verde — a Común billboard somewhere in Los Angeles — and take a photo of it.
2. Upload the photo to their own public Instagram Stories or create a TikTok post, tag @comun, and use the hashtag #SacaLaVerde.
3. Follow Común's official Instagram account (@comun) or official TikTok account (@comun).

All three steps must be completed to be eligible for entry. Partial entries will not be accepted. Entrants must be an active Común user to participate and be eligible to receive the Prize.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase chances of winning.

Alternative Method of Entry: Entrants can also submit a free entry by mailing a postcard or letter to Comun's mailing address provided below, stating that they would like to enter into these Sweepstakes. Entries using this method shall count towards an entrant's one (1) entry limit.

5. Entry Conditions

• Entrant must have a valid and active Común account to be eligible to receive the Prize
• The uploaded photo must clearly show a genuine Común La Verde billboard located in the Los Angeles metropolitan area
• Entrant's social media accounts must remain public through the Sweepstakes Period and winner verification
• Entrant must be the rightful owner of the account used to submit the Entry and of the photo submitted
• Entries must comply with Instagram's and TikTok's terms of use
• Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, illegal, harmful, offensive, or violate these Official Rules may be disqualified at Común's sole discretion
• Duplicate, spam, or bot-generated entries are prohibited
• Común may request proof of identity or eligibility at any time

6. Prize

There will be one (1) winner selected:

Prize: $1,000 USD cash, awarded via direct transfer to the winner's active Común account. Común reserves the right to select an alternative transfer method at its sole discretion.

Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,000 USD.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted except by Común in its sole discretion.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will occur on or around July 8th, 2026.

Odds of winning depend entirely on the number of eligible Entries received.

8. Winner Notification & Claim

The potential winner will be notified via direct message to the social media account used to enter within five (5) business days of the drawing.

If a potential winner:

• Does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours
• Fails to provide required verification
• Is found ineligible, or violates these Official Rules

Común may select an alternate winner.

As a condition of claiming the Prize, each potential winner must, within five (5) days of receiving winner notification:

• Respond to Común's winner notification message
• Participate in a recorded phone or video call interview with a Común representative. This interview is required for winner verification and transparency purposes. The recorded call may be shared on Común's social media channels and other platforms. Failure to complete the call within the designated timeframe will result in disqualification.
• Provide valid proof of identity and U.S. residency
• Hold a valid and active Común account in good standing

No purchase, deposit, or funding of any kind is required to claim the Prize. Failure to complete all steps within the designated timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Común reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the account and deny prize fulfillment if fraudulent, duplicate, or ineligible accounts are detected.

9. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, by entering, Entrant grants Común a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use Entrant's name, likeness, statements, and submitted content (including the photo of La Verde) for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

10. Limitations of Liability

By participating, Entrant agrees that Común, CFSB, Instagram, TikTok, and all affiliated parties are not responsible for:

• Technical failures of any kind
• Lost, delayed, misdirected, or corrupted entries
• Unauthorized entries, fraud, or impersonation
• Internet or platform outages
• Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, from traveling to or photographing a billboard, or from use of a Prize

Común reserves the right to:

• Disqualify any Entrant suspected of tampering, fraud, or rule violations
• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event of technical failure or other circumstances beyond its control
• Withhold, reclaim, or refuse to award a Prize if fraud or ineligibility is detected

Instagram and TikTok are not sponsors, administrators, or affiliated with this Sweepstakes.

11. General Conditions

By participating, Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions made by Común, which are final and binding. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The value associated with the Prize is taxable as income and each winner is solely responsible for any taxes, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due with respect to the value of the Prize. The winner is also responsible for any fees associated with their Prize receipt and/or use, and any other costs or expenses not expressly listed in these Official Rules.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected for this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Común's Privacy Policy: https://www.comun.com/privacy.

13. Winner's List

For the announcement of the winner, please see Comun's official Instagram page, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the address provided below, or send a request with your name and email with the Attn: Saca La Verde Sweepstakes – Winners List. Such requests must be received within sixty (60) days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Please include a correct and valid email address with your physical mail request as Comun will provide the winner list within a reply email.
