“Tu las remesas, nosotros las flores” Sweepstakes — Official Terms & Conditions

The “tu las remesas, nosotros las flores” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Comun Inc. (“Comun”). Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Terms and Conditions (“Official Rules”).

Note: This offer is provided by Comun, not Community Federal Savings Bank (“CFSB”), and CFSB is not a party to this offer.

Disclosure

Comun is a financial technology company and not a bank. Banking services are provided by Community Federal Savings Bank; Member FDIC. The Comun Visa® Debit Card is issued by Community Federal Savings Bank, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A Inc. and may be used everywhere Visa Cards are accepted. Funds in your account are FDIC insured up to $250,000 by ownership category through Community Federal Savings Bank (CFSB), Member FDIC, in the event CFSB fails.

1. Definitions

• Entrant means an eligible individual who submits an Entry during the Sweepstakes Period.
• Entry or Eligible Entry means a valid comment or post submitted according to Section 4 below.
• United States Resident means a natural person who is a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and who currently resides within the United States.
• Terms not otherwise defined have their customary meaning in sweepstakes practice.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on January 30th, 2026 at 12:01 AM ET and ends on February 9th, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). Comun’s computer systems shall be the official timekeeping method.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to:

• Residents of the United States or the District of Columbia
• Who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
• Have a valid and active Común account.

Employees, officers, and directors of Comun, Community Federal Savings Bank, their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

Entrants earn an Entry during the Sweepstakes Period through the following methods:

• A. Follow @comun on Instagram and comment (1 Entry Mail): Entrant earns one (1) Entry by posting a comment on Comun’s official Sweepstakes post stating: “Quiero mandar flores a (nombre), que está en (ciudad) porque….”
• B. Mail-in Entry (1 Entry Total): Entrants may also receive an Entry by mailing Comun directly at 33 W 17th Street, New York, NY 10011. The Entry should refer to the Sweepstakes’s name, request a submission for the Sweepstakes, and provide the necessary contact information for the delivery of a Prize. The Entry must be postdated before the end of the Sweepstakes period and and received by Comun before the drawing of the Prizes.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase chances of winning.

5. Entry Conditions

• Entrant needs to have a Común account to be eligible to receive the Prize.
• Entrant can receive 1 Entry in total, regardless of which method the Entrant used to enter into the Sweepstakes.
• Entrant must be the rightful owner of the account used to submit the Entry.
• Entries must comply with Instagram’s terms of use.
• Entries that are unresponsive, incomplete, fraudulent, automated, illegal, harmful, offensive, or violate these Official Rules may be disqualified.
• Duplicate, spam, or bot-generated entries are prohibited and shall disqualify an Entrant from these Sweepstakes.
• Comun may request proof of identity or eligibility at any time.

6. Prize

There will be one (1) draw for a total of ten (10) winners:

• The draw will give away a total of ten (10) flower bouquets, one (1) bouquet for each winner (each, a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”), based on availability. These bouquets will be sent to the address and contact provided by the winners in any of the countries where that we support via remittances in LatAm.
• Prizes may be fulfilled via prepaid card, reimbursement, digital transfer, or another method selected by Comun.
• Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize: $50 USD.
• Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted except by Común in its sole discretion.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will occur on or around February 9, 2026.

Odds of winning depend entirely on the number of eligible Entries received. The use or purchase of Comun’s products and services will not increase your chances of winning.

8. Winner Notification & Claim

Potential winners will be notified via direct message to the social media account used to enter or to any alternative contact information provided by the Entrant within five (5) business days of the drawing.

If a potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, fails to provide required verification, is found ineligible, or otherwise violates these Official Rules, Comun may select an alternate winner.

As a condition of claiming a Prize, each potential winner must, within five (5) days of receiving winner notification:

1. Answers to our call that will be recorded to show transparency to the process and will be uploaded to social media and other channels.
2. Download the Común mobile application;
3. Create a free Común account; and
4. Successfully complete identity verification (KYC) within the Comun app.

These steps are required solely for winner verification and prize fulfillment. No purchase, deposit, or funding of any kind is required to claim the prize. Failure to complete all steps within the designated timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

10. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, by entering, Entrant grants Comun a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and perpetual license to use Entrant’s name, likeness, voice, statements, and submitted UGC content for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

11. Limitations of Liability

By participating, Entrant agrees that Comun, Community Federal Savings Bank, Instagram, and all affiliated parties are not responsible for:

• Technical failures of any kind
• Lost, delayed, misdirected, or corrupted entries
• Unauthorized entries, fraud, or impersonation
• Internet or platform outages
• Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or use of a Prize

Comun reserves the right to:

• Disqualify any Entrant suspected of tampering, fraud, or rule violations
• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event of technical failure or other circumstances beyond its control
• Withhold, reclaim, or refuse to award a Prize if fraud or ineligibility is detected

Instagram is not a sponsor, administrator, or affiliated with these Sweepstakes.

12. General Conditions

By participating, Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions made by Comun, which are final and binding. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
