Banking services associated with your Comun Inc. ("Comun") account are provided by Community Federal Savings Bank; Member FDIC. Your balance held at Community Federal Savings Bank is insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") for up to $250,000. All deposit accounts of the same ownership and/or vesting held at Community Federal Savings Bank are combined and insured under the same FDIC coverage. Comun is a financial technology company and not a bank.

Terms and Conditions
This limited-time promotion, effective from March 8, 2024, is a campaign designed to encourage usage of the new remittance feature offered through Comun whereby Comun users will be able to initiate money transfers from their Comun accounts to beneficiaries around the world (the "Remittance"). Any approved and open account holder in good standing who has not violated these Terms and Conditions and directly received this offer from Comun is eligible for this promotion. Eligible customers may receive unlimited fee-free remittance transfers until April 7, 2024 or earlier as determined by Comun in its sole discretion.
Participants shall be assessed a fee of $2.99 USD for each Remittance. Notwithstanding, during the Promotion Period, participants shall receive an automatic fee reimbursement for unlimited Remittances within five (5) days of each Remittance.
The value of this promotion may constitute taxable income. The recipient of the promotion is responsible for any federal or state taxes resulting from the promotion, and should consult a tax advisor if he/she has questions about its tax treatment. This promotion is not valid with any other offer and is not transferable. Offer available to US residents only that are 18 and older.

In case of violation of these Terms and Conditions, Comun may revoke a reimbursement already credited to an account. If Comun notices any activity that it believes is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions, Comun reserves the right to revoke a reimbursement and/or cancel future eligibility for reimbursements. Comun can amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. Any changes will be effective only after the effective date of the change and will not affect any dispute arising prior to the effective date of the change. If Comun amends the Terms and Conditions, the modification will be posted on Comun's website and/or mobile app and will be effective upon posting. Comun reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time. A reimbursement will not be earned in cases where the qualifying purchase was made after Comun's cancellation of the promotion.
